The only negative about this new restaurant is there are too many enticing items to choose from! A unique blend of Tibetan, Nepalase and Indian food can be found on their menu and nothing we ordered disappointed. I have a Tibetan friend who is an amazing cook and the mo mos here are definitely up to par with his. I really want to try the Thukpa soup next time! We started off with the chicken mo mos, the spices and herbs in the filling were delicious, loved the orange sauce they served it with. We shared the hearty ginger and cilantro spiced Sherpa Stew - lamb, chicken, potatoes, rice, and veggies. You can tell the meat has been stewed for hours, very tender and flavorful. I'm a soup fanatic and this is one of the top soups I've had in the SB area, for sure. We also shared the veggie chow chow which had an interesting, tangy orange sauce with noodles. Himalayan chow mein of sorts. I would order this again with meat to have a bit more substance. Service was great. The owner if very humble and gracious. This is a hard location on State St, so I wish them the best and will be telling friends to try it out. Support local and new business! Try something different. My boyfriend is very much a Natural Cafe, Frescos, Whole Foods type eater and I was nervous about bringing him here, but he raved about it the entire time. Major yum factor. Sorry, I was too busy feasting to take any pictures of the food! Next time.

Nice place, nice people. I was disappointed in the food. Very bland, not just lack of spiciness but lack of flavor. People in Colorado might like it that way but if you want to compete in the local market you need to kick up the flavors/spice a LOT! Also, please make a new website or update your current one to show your local address and actual menu. I was expecting some well-priced cocktails only to discover you only serve beer and wine.
