Amazing flavor
Reviewer: Shane from Goleta, CA
Lived in Isla Vista for 3 years and El Sitio has been my go-to place for authentic mexican food while here. Their Adobado Mixta plate is honestly one of the best tasting dishes available at any Isla Vista Restaurant and its not too expensive. I just wish they were open late.

Excellent food - High prices

In Isla Vista, definately the most authentic Mexican food. Prices are higher than similar places in other locations ... worth it for those who have the cash!

Nice place good food
Reviewer: Glenn from Buellton
I will have to disagree and say I like this place better than the other Goleta ones. Reasons include them taking plastic and being able to understand English better. The food seemed fresher here to me than the other places and the seating is not so enclosed and you have the Isla Vista vibe as opposed to no vibe at W Canyon or Fairview. Parking is probably harder here though with the steady stream of bicycles especially.

Not as good...
Reviewer: Brandon from Goleta
Unfortunately, not as good as the other locations in town. Winchester Canyon is the best, very solid, always consistently delicious, followed by Fairview and then I.V. (haven't been to De La Vina or Salinas locations)... The difference between I.V. & Winchester is so great that I usually drive to W. Canyon for a burrito, and I live in I.V. The food isn't 'bad', just not as good. Still usually better than most mexican food in Isla Vista though. Wish they'd step it up a bit and save me some gas!

Great More Authentic Mexican Food
Reviewer: Grenard Madrigal from Santa Barbara, CA
Greasy, delicious, and tons of different menu items to choose from. It's like the good mexican places you'll find in LA or somewhere. I'm talking about grease through the bag. Generous portions. Not like your Freebirds or Super Cucas which is way watered down pseudo-mexican... though also delicious if you're into that. Imagine Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles, but Mexican. The atmosphere is pretty straight forward Isla Vista. Tables, benches, and some a flat screen on the wall that plays spanish television. Not a place to take wow a date, but you can always take it to go.
