Great Starbucks
Reviewer: Brett from Santa Barbara, CA
There's always better music pumping than at other Starbucks and coffee brewing that they seem to care about and a fun girl manager leading the pack. Get your morning pick me up here people. Go somewhere else for your true coffee snob needs. Go here for your starbucks!

fun and unique (and helpful) staff!

I disagree with the last comment... This staff is the best, which is why i come to this Starbucks over others that are a bit closer. They're usually upbeat and seem to be having a good time on the job. There's one girl who is always singing while she makes drinks and dancing. They joke with customers. And they all seem to like each other! That makes for a better customer experience, too. Even better is the fact that they give really good service. You have to keep in mind the location when making this review. There are a lot of transients and interesting clientele at this Starbucks. They have to make the best of it, and I think they deal with some hard situations sometimes. Anyway, the coffee is mostly the same as the other stores, but I want to defend the staff. Really fun environment to get a basic cup of coffee.

Mean-spirited staff. The coffee is fine.

I was here recently and overheard some of the girls on staff mocking customers (out of earshot) and other people outside walking by. It was unprofessional and reflects poorly on the management. The coffee itself was typical for Starbucks.

Average Starbucks but cramped
Reviewer: Glenn from Buellton
Same old stuff here. Chai was horrendous. Place seems cramped and some of the regular lower state seediness, lock on the bathroom. Close by I would try the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf for better quality at Paseo Nuevo. For better atmosphere try Cafe Zoma(formerly Northstar)past Paseo Nuevo. People were fairly nice. All other Starbucks in town I've tried away from this area much nicer, have yet to try Victoria or De La Guerra ones.

Really great staff! Great Starbucks!

I hope that the staff keeps up the great work, it really makes my day. :)

I like the service, and cleanliness best, I dine here often and there is one server, Shannon who always remembers my drink order. Food is always fresh and the coffee is awesome!
