Hmm interesting. Isn’t this the same shopping center that was recently purchased by a LA investment company?

  2. Tony M says:

I believe that whole side of the shopping center is going to get an architectural facelift. It looks like about half of the business’ on that side are closed or have left already.

I was just at Indo-China Market, next to that Cajun Kitchen, and they said they’re allowed to stay open during the remodel of the building.

I’m guessing the new owners are requiring them to upgrade with the center in return for keeping such a high profile end-cap with a patio…they also lose a lot of seating with the patio closing due to exterior renovations that will be happening. Seems like Sam’s to Go, Indo China, Pollofino, and Saigon are confirmed to be staying according to leasing plans…with Giovanni’s the only confirmed new tenant so far.
