They are in full remodel mode at the old Pierre LaFond Wine Bistro in the upper village of Montecito. Any idea who’s behind it and what they have planned?

In April 2022 I broke the news about a new restaurant is coming to that Montecito spot and the eatery name and players have evolved since then. A restaurant named Little Mountain (which is pronounced “Montecito” in Spanish) is coming to 516 San Ysidro Road which is the former home of Montecito Wine Bistro. In 2023 I forwarded news that the owner is Graham Duncan and that Ellen DeGeneres was seen taking a tour.
