Chef Roth Ironside, formerly of Stella Mares restaurant which closed at the end of 2024, is now the Director of Operations for The Harbor Restaurant and Longboard’s Grill on Stearns Wharf. “After we made incredible strides in the beautiful multi-million dollar remodel of the property over the past year, we are now turning our attention to elevating the guests experiences in both incredible venues,” says co-owner John J. Thyne III. “Roth is working in conjunction with executive chef Gonzalo del Pino to elevate our menus and offer even more delicious seafood and international dishes. Even in a short few weeks Roth has been an incredible leader and wise counsel sharing his wealth of knowledge attained over a significantly successful career for 15 years at Stella Mare as a partner and executive chef.
