Is the Biltmore reopening? Nobu? There is nothing on the Nobu “coming soon” page about Santa Barbara (even though they show expected openings into 2026). April Fool’s early, John?
Yes the Biltmore is reopening. Reader IMissRexOfSB recently sent me a link to a Facebook page that talks about Nobu coming to the Biltmore. It seems to have rumor status at this point.

Any guesses when the Elwood will open?
