Last week I passed a tip from reader Theresa that Louie’s California Bistro in the Upham Hotel is open again after a few months closure. I was told that the chef and staff are the same and the food is as good as ever. Sadly I must report that the opening was just for a week and now they are closed again indefinitely. Louie’s California Bistro is a separate business from the Upham Hotel.
