On October 1, I received this message from Savoy Cafe & Deli at 24 W Figueroa Street:

Hi there! Savoy Cafe & Deli is reopening for dinners October 14th. Our new hours will be 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Monday- Saturday. We are excited to showcase some new items and of course, all of our classics.

Reader Brendan sent me a tip that dinner appeared to no longer be happening so I reached our to the restaurant and received this response:

Yes that is correct, we had to cancel our new dinner service unfortunately.
