The windows were recently papered over at 6521 Pardall Road in Isla Vista, the former home of Social Eats, South Coast Deli, Dirty’s, On The Side, Tasters, The Spot, Espresso Roma, McBurley’s as well as the birthplace of The Habit Burger Grill and Kinko’s (now Fedex Office). I am not at liberty to mention what is happening here but will let you know after things move further along!

Not that it matters, but the original Habit (then called Hamburger Habit) is the one on Hollister in Goleta. IV came later. And Kinkos was originally on Pardall, but at 6550, if I recall correctly – not the Habit building.
I once read that I.V. came before Hollister. I could be wrong. There is a plaque on the sidewalk in front of the 6521 building commemorating Kinko’s.
