In April I broke the news that Cagami Ramen, a popular restaurant in Camarillo that serves authentic Japanese Ramen Noodle, is planning to open a location in Goleta. Sources recently told me the exact address but I have been asked to hold off announcing the location for the next month but I can say it is very near Smart & Final.
