JAMES BEARD BENEFIT AT THE MIRAMAR

The Michelin Green Star Caruso’s will honor Earth Month with an intimate dinner at Caruso’s restaurant on April 24, benefiting the James Beard Foundation:

Part of the Friends of James Beard Benefit series, a communal patio table overlooking the ocean will feature a hyper-local five-course menu highlighting seasonal ingredients and celebrating the restaurant’s esteemed network of local purveyors and guest chefs. Each course will be presented by Chef Partner Massimo Falsini in collaboration with Caruso’s chef de cuisine Shibani Mone and guest chef Rachel Haggstrom of Justin Restaurant. Partnering purveyors include Jessica Gasca from Story of Soil, Sea Stephanie Fish, Ojai Roots and Solymar Seafood. Guests will enjoy a night of gourmet excellence intertwined with a commitment to sustainability and environmental advocacy.

Space is limited. $325 per adult with optional wine pairing. Price excludes beverages, tax, and gratuity. Book reservations online.
