Reader Franco, owner of Santa Barbara Signs, just installed a new sign at Moby Dick restaurant on Stearns Wharf that highlights a future oyster bar option. I am told that part of the restaurant is currently being remodeled to accommodate the new offering and that the oyster bar is scheduled to open on May 23, 2024.
