Seven Bar & Kitchen had to close their doors last year on Helena Street when their landlord decided they wanted to go in a different direction with new tenants. Fortunately they are making a comeback and their future home will be 235 West Montecito Street, formerly The Neighborhood Bar. I stopped by and saw that renovations have come along way with new wall paint (white this time), new gold-colored booths, and more. The pln is to polished up some things but still have an eclectic feel. As of September the official business name on the liquor license is “Rodeo Room/Seven Bar & Kitchen” which includes a catering permit. The original plan was to open last month which didn’t happen but I have little doubt that they will be serving happy customers before the year is out.
