On September 10th I visited the former longtime home of Fresco Café at 3987-B State Street in Five Points Shopping Center, that will one day house Little Alex’s restaurant, and saw what appears to be in the early stages of construction with cement floors in the entry way cut open for plumbing work. I was unable to see the progress in the main dining room. Expect an opening early next year.
