Owner Shideler Bennett tells me that her new dessert destination Crumbl Cookies, coming to 5660 Calle Real in Goleta, will have a grand opening on Friday, September 15th. “Crumbl Cookies is all about creating moments of happiness through our freshly baked, gourmet cookies,” says Bennett. “Our unique rotating menu ensures that there’s always something new to discover.” Crumbl Cookies is a franchise chain of bakeries that specializes in baking a variety of cookies and serving ice cream. That location struggled not to slide to the dive vibe. Maybe will be the new Don’s John.
I hope the Crumbl succeeds.
The one in Torrance Ca rarely appears to have anyone in the lobby waiting. I tried one, generous size but not $5 excitement.
Appear to be cheaper when one buys more. I did not see ice cream at that location. Not a cheap franchise to buy into.
