Santa Barbara Fish Market is coming to University Plaza next to the DMV in Goleta. The new location will be 7127 Hollister Avenue Ste. 18, the former home of La Bella Rosa Bakery (2016-2019), Cafe Zoma (2010-2011), and Mojo Coffee (2006-2010). Here is a sneak peek at the current state of the interior. Opening is scheduled for the fall. Not sure if that will happen but a lot of progress has been made.
