Capturing the long light of an August evening in the high desert, Birdie G’s Executive Chef Matthew Schaler will prepare dinner at Cuyama Buckhorn on Sunday, August 27.
Schaeler will plate some of his favorite summer dishes, featuring local and regional ingredients paired with wines from Camins 2 Dreams by Cuyama Buckhorn General Manager and Sommelier Scott Augat. Winemakers Mireia Taribó and Tara Gomez, of Camins 2 Dreams will be on hand to talk about the making of the wines as well.
