The Ritz-Carlton Bacara has welcomed Dierberg Vineyard and Star Lane Vineyard for their monthly wine pairing dinner series, celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Dierberg Family Estate. Hosting on Thursday, May 25th at 6 p.m., the evening will be in the private Angel Oak Wine Cellar below Angel Oak. Guests can enjoy a reception on the outdoor terrace, taking in ocean views before heading to the intimate cellar for dinner.

The curated four-course pairing menu will include special Dierberg Vineyard and Star Lane Vineyard wines selected by the family from the family’s cellars. The pairing menu will be created in collaboration with Chef de Cuisine of Angel Oak, Josh Kellim and will include the first vintage of Tyler Thomas, who celebrates his tenth anniversary as winemaker at the estate.

Seats are $225 per person, excluding tax and gratuity charges. Reservations can be made online.
