Reader Steve W. sent me a photo of a food and beverage ABC permit now on display at the harbor for a business named “Captain’s Cove” with a DBA of “Anchor Rose” which is a restaurant next to the Maritime Museum. I spoke with owner Amy Rose and she told me that Captain’s Cove is the name of her LLC, and that the sign is just a formality related to their permits for Anchor Rose.
