Hi, it’s Mary H. here. Empty Bowls has opened their Thai Food outlet “Three Monkeys” and is currently serving in the far corner of the Santa Barbara Public Market. Only one space remains. The joint is jumping. Bad weather makes this a logical and welcome refuge.
