At Caya, the restaurant inside the new Leta Hotel at 5650 Calle Real in Goleta, Executive Chef Philip Stein has put together an Easter Brunch that includes the following special Easter menu items, in addition to the regular menu of Benedicts, Huevos, Almond French Toast and more:
● Challah French Toast Sandwich–prosciutto, Swiss cheese, sunny egg and prosciutto Hollandaise Choice of potato or fruit ($20)
● Breakfast quiche– spinach, tomato, Goat Cheese served with choice of potato fruit or salad ($19)
● Nutella Blintz– 3 Blintz stuffed with Nutella mascarpone, House Made bananas Carmel sauce and candied Pistachios ($19)
● Ribeye Hash – 10 oz ribeye, roasted fingerling potatoes, onions, peppers, cheddar cheese and beef jus. Over easy eggs (29)
