“I don’t know if you reported this yet or not: Siam Elephant Thai Restaurant is changing hands. I saw it in the Public Notices section of the Coastal Views News last week. A few days later I saw a group of people with notebooks and cameras looking it over. The restaurant is on Linden in Carpinteria.”
