Caruso’s Chef de Cuisine Shibani Mone x Justin Chef Rachel Haggstrom

What:
According to ChefsPencil.com, about a quarter of head chefs around the world are women, but only 6% of head chefs of Michelin Star Restaurants are female. In celebration of Women’s History Month, Chef Shibani Mone, chef de cuisine at Michelin Star and Michelin Green Star awarded Caruso’s at Rosewood Miramar Beach, and chef Rachel Haggstrom, executive chef at JUSTIN (also Michelin and Michelin Green Star awarded for 2022) will join forces for a special four-night dinner series.

Chef Shibani will host chef Rachel at Caruso’s for two nights, and then the following week Rachel will host chef Shibani at JUSTIN. Each night the pair will prepare a special menu highlighting their unique points of view with an eye on sustainability and central coast produce.
