The SantaBarbara.com email newsletter debuted in 1995 when I started sending messages out manually every week with Pegasus Mail about a variety of things happening around the South Coast. In 2006 the newsletter was moved to Feedburner and at the same time most of the content was switched to The Restaurant Guy news. All was fine and dandy until Google shutdown Feedburner last fall and my blog posts stopped being delivered to thousands of email recipients. This week I reactivated the newsletter with a new service and ported all email addresses over to it. With luck this message has reached your inbox in addition to appearing in the blog.
