Michelin Guide added AMA Sushi at the Rosewood Miramar Beach to their respected culinary resource along with the following description: “It’s worth going all in on the omakase here to sample the chef’s artistry, which begins with a trinity of bites from soba noodles and fried eggplant to sesame tofu.” Last year the guide added Sushi|Bar in Montecito, then operated by head sushi chef Lennon Silvers-Lee, who left soon after to open her own restaurant named Silvers Omakase. It is currently under construction at 224 Helena Avenue, the former home of Seven Bar & Kitchen.
