Little Dom’s Seafood at 686 Linden Avenue in Carpinteria is bringing back its annual Deep-Fried Thanksgiving Turkey. Available for pre-order now, Little Dom’s Seafood’s co-owner and executive chef, Brandon Boudet offers his popular deep-fried turkeys and holiday side dishes for take-out. In addition, Pastry Chef Ann Kirk will be offering a spread of desserts to complete the Thanksgiving feast. The 12–14-pound turkey feeds 6-8 people and costs $100. Sides (6-8 people) cost $48 each and include Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Applewood Bacon, Homemade Fennel Sausage & Mushroom Stuffing, Shaved Raw Brussels with Parmesan, and more. Desserts (6-8 People) include Pumpkin Cheesecake with Bourbon Caramel & Toasted Pecans $48, Apple Crisp with Oat Streusel Topping $42, and Sweet Cream Gelato (1 pint) $12. Orders can be placed by calling (805) 749-7400 and they will be ready for pickup on Thanksgiving morning.
