Finch & Fork will be hosting Thanksgiving dinner in their recently redesigned space within the Kimpton Canary Hotel, featuring a fall menu. Meals will take place on Thanksgiving day, Thursday, November 24, with seatings between 3:30 pm and 7:30 pm, at 31 West Carrillo Street. The menu pulls inspiration from traditional Thanksgiving dishes and costs $110 per person. The Finch & Fork team adds suggested wine pairings to each of their dishes for an additional $55.

Menu items range from elevated Thanksgiving classics like the Diestel Turkey breast with confit thigh meat, chestnut stuffing, orange cranberry relish, sage gravy, and rosemary green beans. Also included are a classic Pumpkin Pie with cinnamon chantilly, graham cracker crumble, and salted carame. Other holiday dishes available are Ora King Salmon with Gigante beans, piquillo peppers, kale, garlic confit, lemon, and roasted hazelnuts and the Pineapple passionfruit sorbet with coconut sorbet and merengue.
