Rosewood Miramar Beach at 1759 Jameson Lane in Montecito debuted a monthly wine dinner series at The Revere Room, showcasing wine from here to Napa Valley. Curated by the resort’s Director of Wine Daniel Fish, the monthly dinners will highlight local-first ingredients from nearby farms and purveyors. Each experience will showcase a multi-course menu from Director of Culinary Massimo Falsini and Chef Nicola Cavicchini to complement the month’s featured wines, and range in price depending on the region. The series featured wineries include Liquid Farm, Brewer-Clifton Winery, Dierberg and Star Lane Vineyards, and more.
