This Father’s Day you might consider celebrating at the recently remodeled Finch & Fork at Kimpton Canary. From 8 a.m. until 2 p.m., Chef Craig Riker will be adding two specials just for dad to the menu which includes a tender Short Rib and Sweet Potato Hash with poached eggs, Chilaquiles, Huevos Rancheros, a selection of toasts (including Avocado Toast), salads and sides, along with signature cocktails, wine and beer. Specials just for Father’s Day include 1) Double Wagyu Beef Burger ($23) with a sunny-side up egg, Niman Ranch bacon, crispy shallots, American cheese & topped with BBQ sauce, and 2) a Breakfast Burrito ($19), a flour tortilla stuffed with soft scrambled farm eggs, short rib, tater tots, white cheddar cheese, pickled shallots, and salsa. Reopening after a full renovation in Spring 2022, Finch & Fork is the reimagined vision of Executive Chef Craig Riker. Brunch: Monday-Friday 7 a.m.-2 p.m., Saturday-Sunday 8 a.m.-2 p.m; Dinner: Tuesday-Thursday 5-9 p.m., Friday-Saturday, 5-10 p.m.
