XO Santa Barbara at 121 East Yanonali Street will have their grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, May 12th, 3:30-5:30 p.m. XO offers seared brisket-blend smashburgers on a buttered potato bun, crispy fried chicken sandwiches, fresh salads, fries, milkshakes, and soft serve ice cream.
