We really admire and enjoy dining at Chris Chiarappa’s restaurants in Santa Barbara. He is an outstanding operator sourcing quality ingredients, preparing delicious meals and employs & trains great staff. We enjoy going to Mesa Burger and Lighthouse Coffee on the Mesa weekly and are looking forward to dining at Local. We “happened” across the soft opening of Local after dining at Ca’Dario Friday evening and wished we could have been on the invite list!

yikes! hope they mix up that YouTaupeeUhhn music line up to reflect more of the “LOCAL” vibe where is the color, Chris?

  3. SanQuentinGuy says:

@dennis, I disagree, his concepts are uniformly derivative and don’t aim to elevate the cuisine in SB. We need more creative food entreprenuers.

  4. Marsha says:

    Interesting spin on reality.
