Little Dom’s Seafood at 686 Linden Avenue in Carpinteria is the newest concept from Executive Chef Brandon Boudet and restaurateur Warner Ebbink. The two long-time business partners adopted the Carpinteria-area as a second home last July and together, aspire to showcase locally-sourced seafood and farm fresh ingredients at the restaurant. Little Dom’s Seafood’s Italian menu has a heavy seafood focus, showcasing local fish, such as Sea Bass and Halibut, in classics like Piccata and Marsala, as well as local shellfish, like Santa Barbara Uni, for crudos and pastas. Additional menu highlights include wood oven-fired pizzas and Italian-American classics, as well as a Grab & Go menu.
