Alessia Patisserie & Cafe opening this month

European-inspired Alessia Patisserie & Cafe plans to open in June at 134 East Canon Perdido Street, the former home of Miso Hungry and Sojourner Cafe. Owner Alessia Guehr is the daughter of Brigitte Guehr and Norbert Schulz who introduced several area restaurants including Mirabelle, The Nook, Norbert’s, and Brigitte’s. The eatery will offer breakfast, lunch, croissants, pastries, and more. Positions available for both full and part time include Baristas, Food runners, Cashiers, Kitchen manager, Morning line cooks, and Dishwashers.
