Bike shop
Hi! My husband and I opened a bike shop/repair/retail space called Boom Boom Bike Room. We opened the barbershop next door 4 months before the shutdowns began. It was a tough year but one of the only things that helped us survive was bike repair work my husband did on the side. He was a bike mechanic for 8 years before becoming a barber and has loved bikes his whole life. The space Cajun Kitchen was in needed a lot of expensive repairs to be a restaurant again and we didn’t want to see it vacant for years. Thankfully Cajun Kitchen has four other locations as well as the new establishment on The 400 block of State, JJ’s Diner. Next time you are in the area come in to Boom Boom and check out the bikes. They are a lot of fun!
