California Gov. Gavin Newsom lifted the stay-at-home order on Monday, which allow California restaurants to again offer outdoor dining services. Four-week ICU capacity projections for our region are above 15%, the threshold that allows Santa Barbara County to end the stay-at-home order. Without delay, local business owners are preparing to reopen outdoor restaurant dining across the South Coast which became legal again as of 8 a.m. Tuesday, January 26th. The Santa Barbara County Public Health Department issued a local health officer order outlining the county-specific restrictions.
