Persona reopens

Readers Primetime and Brendan tell me that Persona Neapolitan Pizzeria
at 905 State Street has reopened after being closed since March. I am told that food is currently available to-go and that a parklet was built on the State Street Promenade for when onsite dining resumes.

Here is our updated press release:

We are excited to announce that Persona Pizzeria is reopening under new ownership and management! We had our soft re-opening this Thursday, December 24th.

We will continue to have the same delicious, freshly sourced pizzas, sandwiches, pastas, salads and exceptional customer service. As a thank you to Santa Barbara for the past 7 years of loyalty and to make things more affordable during these difficult times, we will be lowering our prices.

As we re-open, our initial hours will be Thursday and Sunday 11am-8pm, and Friday and Saturday 11am-9pm for pick-up and take-out. The health and safety of our customers and our team is the utmost importance, so orders may be placed online, over the phone, or at the front door (currently no patrons may enter the restaurant).

Persona Pizzeria is a community restaurant and we take great pride in our beautiful city and its people. We appreciate your support and patience during these difficult times.

We look forward to seeing you in our restaurant at 905 State Street. Please visit our new website at for online ordering and information about Persona Pizzeria.
