Earlier this year I reported that the space occupied by the legendary Plow & Angel at San Ysidro Ranch has been taken over by neighboring Stonehouse restaurant, though the menu still contained a few items of the departed eatery. I had also mentioned that the Montecito resort had not yet decided if it will bring back the Plow & Angel brand. I contacted San Ysidro Ranch over the weekend and was told that a decision has been made for the Plow & Angel to return to its former glory once COVID-19 restrictions are removed.
