Pearl Social, an intimate cocktail and music bar with food created by Executive Chef Jason Paluska, has reopened at 131 Anacapa Street, Suite B. Guests will need to call the host stand at The Lark and request Pearl Social seating. It’s very limited due to Santa Barbara County regulations for interior capacity. Lounges can also be reserved, but full service there is not required like it is the dine-in seating.
Paluska’s new dinner menu includes Crispy Brussel Sprouts ($13), Mission Fig Tartine ($16), Lark Cheese Board ($18), Roasted Butternut Squash & Fuji Apples ($16), Blistered Cherry Tomatoes & Pluots ($16), Little Gems ‘Wedge’ ($16), Cast Iron Broccolini ($16), Hand Cut Tagliatelle Pasta ($28), West Coast Oysters On The Half Shell ($4 ea.), Caramelized Diver Scallops ($27), Caledonian Prawn Toast ($28), Grilled Loch Etive Steelhead Trout ($34), Red Oak Smoked St. Louis Pork Ribs ($24), Southern Fried Chicken ($26), Niman Ranch 12oz Grilled Pork Chop ($34), and Grilled Prime Hanger Steak ($42).
