Olio Crudo Bar whoch opened at 11 West Victoria Street in March, 2014 has completed transformation Olio Bottega. The change occurred because of uncertainty surrounding when Olio Crudo Bar would be permitted to reopen in the small space after being sidelined by the pandemic. “We’ve transformed Olio Crudo Bar into Olio Bottega so we can utilize the space vs. keep it shut down,” says owner Elaine Andersen Morello. “Olio Bottega is an Italian breakfast, lunch and retail shop with sweet & savory Italian croissants, espresso drinks, schiacciate (focaccia panini), small bites, pasta, bottled cocktails & more. Hours are currently Tues-Sun 9:30AM-3:30PM with walkup takeout & patio seating.” Olio Bottega is still in a soft opening period and menus/lists are not yet up on their website but will be soon. Neighboring Olio e Limone and Olio Pizzeria are operating primarily outdoors but have added the approved 25% capacity indoor seating. Call 805-899-2699

So sorry to hear that the Crudo Bar will not return. It was our favorite eating place and
place to celebrate special occasions. …. Nola & Fyl
I walked past (unfortunately after 3:30), and this inside looks awesome. Good sized deck too. I’ll have to go back for lunch. There is an extensive wine and beer list for someplace that closes so early.
I had lunch there on Friday and really enjoyed it. Nice setting and the sandwich I had was really good. Looking forward to going back.
