“Drove past the old Red Pepper Chinese Restaurant (282 Orange Ave) and saw a Public Notice of Application for Ownership Change on the front window. Applicant was “Uncle L Inc”. Also noticed a new mailbox hung on the front of the building with “Red Pepper” decaled onto it. Interior is a total construction zone. Looks like they may be opening back up in the near future.”
