QUESTION OF THE DAY

We are looking to have a caterer roast a whole pig for a party in mid-November.  Does anyone know of a local vendor that does this?

    Call Michael’s Catering!

Kurt Alldredge of The Chefs Touch BBQ Rig has a new, custom built trailer complete with a commercial kitchen AND smoker! He roasted a whole pig last month for M Special Brew Co’s 4th Anniversary Weekend that was CRAZY good! https://www.thechefstouch.com/ He is a really great guy (and chef) who I’m sure would be happy to chat with you to see if he might be a good fit for your pig roast. His contact # is 805-686-1040. You can also reach him via Facebook and check out photos/menu/services at The Chefs Touch BBQ Rig and/or via Instagram @thechefstouch.

Jake Francis is a great recommendation too!

Try the Silver Bough at the Montecito Inn.
