I’m a TV producer in Studio City and I’m trying to get in contact with John Dickson for one of our food shows! We’d love to have him be our guest as we sample some of the amazing food in Santa Barbara. Should I do this? It seems to me that this would be the job of a culinary artist or a food critic. “Tastes great!” and “I’m sure the chef meant well” are the extent of my reviewing skills.
