S.Y. Kitchen at 1110 Faraday Street in Santa Ynez presents an evening in the Valley celebrating the holiday of San Valentino on Thursday, February 14, with specials and Valentine’s Day cocktails for an evening of romance. Executive Chef/Partner Luca Crestinelli and his culinary team prepare specials  including Maine Lobster with Citrus, Baby Carrots and Mint; Pappardelle with Sweet Onion, Scallops and Caviar; Arctic Char with Spring Pea Sauce, New Potatoes and Truffles; and Duck Confit with Jerusalem Artichokes, Broccolini and Port. Couples can cuddle in the courtyard at night by the outdoor fire pit before or after dinner, and try an Aperitivo, Digestivo, Valentino with Aperol, Vanilla-Infused Vodka, Lime, Raspberry and Prosecco. In addition to the Valentine’s Day Specials, S.Y. Kitchen will offer their complete à la carte menu on Valentine’s Day for those that prefer the restaurant’s signature dishes.
