NEW YEARS EVE AT THE LARK

Chef Jason Paluska and the team at The Lark, 131 Anacapa Street, have announced their New Year’s Eve plans. Chef Paluska will present their popular á la carte alongside a holiday menu including Crispy Salsify ‘Wellington’ with Feuilles De Brick, Perigord Black Truffle, Warm Salsify Cream, Pickled French Radish, Raw Sheep’s Cheese & Nasturtium; Chicken Fried Oysters with Green Peppercorn Aigre Doux, American Sturgeon Caviar Aïoli & Pickled Sea Beans; and Absinthe-Cured Hamachi with Candied Pancetta, Black Sesame Mascarpone, Kumquat Confit, ‘Everything’ Lavash Crackers & Bronze Fennel.
