Outpost at the Goodland, 5650 Calle Real in Goleta, invites guests to gather around their tables this Christmas Day, offering a tasteful menu. Chef Damien Giliberti will be serving a three-course menu, featuring starters like Fuji Apple & Celery Root Soup and Roasted Winter Squash Salad. Entrees includes choices like Stuffed Roasted Poussin with tarragon and mirepoix stuffing with pine nuts, parsnip puree, huckleberry glace, whipped cabernet and natural jus, as well as Roasted Prime Rib.
