  1. Marcia says:

Does anybody think Starbuck’s at Turnpike and Calle Real will ever really happen? Just wondering.

  2. Peter says:

I recall seeing a sign for a new restaurant at the old…old….old….Fred C. Dobbs restaurant location in the Von’s Montecito shopping center (aka Country Mart). Construction was active a few weeks ago. Any word on it?

  3. Bill says:

I don’t know about the Chicken in a Barrel BBQ, 5711 Calle Real, Goleta (formerly Petrini’s). Stopped by today after a visit to Trader Joe’s and air ducts on the floor, absolutely no signs indicating what would go into that space. I say the crystal Ball needs more light.

  4. Rusty says:

Libertine Brewing pulled out of the State Street location. Their rep told me last week that it’s not happening at that location.

  5. Sbmizzou says:

Curious, any word/rumor on the old Outback loacation?
