Reader Steve H. says that Mosto Crudo is a wine and raw tapas bar opening soon at 7 West Haley Street, the former home of The Champagne Room. I’m told that they will at first serve only raw, cold tapas, nothing cooked.”Mosto” means “must” (a wine word) in Spanish, and “crudo” means raw. Steve H. says the business is run by an Italian and Peruvian couple.
