On Friday, July 19th, popular Marina del Rey eatery Killer Shrimp will open a second location in Santa Barbara at 416 State Street, the former home of Sharkeez. “Santa Barbara, known for its laid back beach culture, beautiful city and unique restaurants, is the perfect location to expand the Killer Shrimp brand,” said owner Kevin Michaels. “We are the perfect restaurant for bringing the whole family out for surf ‘n turf, drinks and dessert without the bill coming to an offensive number.”

Killer Shrimp will be highlighting its signature dishes and cocktails while also focusing on local seafood and seasonal dishes from fresh oysters to surf and turf. A variety of specials like The Original Killer Shrimp dish for $9.95 (every Monday) will be available.

Hours are 11:30 a.m. – midnight Sunday – Wednesday and 11:30 a.m. – 1 a.m. Thursday – Saturday. Happy Hours are 3 p.m. – 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. – midnight daily in the bar and 10 p.m. – midnight daily in the dining room. Killer Shrimp will have dancing and live music during the evening on weekends.
