Appreciate the restaurant information you provide in your column in the Daily Sound.

I know a restaurateur who is interested in relocating to SB. He needs about 1,500 – 2,000 sf and plans on serving breakfast and lunch.

Do you know any locations that might be worth checking in to?

    How about the former home of Jake’s on De La Vina? It’s been empty for ages.

    The closed location of Honeybaked Ham on 3000 Upper State has a perfect corner spot across from the Pollo Loco. And no, it is not located in the “closed” section of the guide fyi (not sure why).

    Across from the sunken gardens of the court house is the former home of elements. Several years ago this was a very busy bakery and breakfast spot.

    Might be a bit small, but Esau’s location on lower State has been vacant for years…

    Hotel Indigo, which recently opened on Lower State Street is leasing the space adjacent to the property (former home of Subway). It’s 2,00 square feet, $15 per square foot, I believe.
